Tofu and Tomato Fry Eggs
Very easy and tasty stir-fry tofu, tomato and egg.

Ingredients:
2 tomotoes, diced
4 eggs, lightly whisk
1 firm tofu, diced
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
2. Pour the eggs, lightly cook, pour the rest of the ingredients in.
3. Fry the egg mixture for about 1 minute. Pour in water and cook for another minute or until tomatoes are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
